I wanted to install a newer pull down garage attic ladder that is 3 inches wider than the standard ladders. To do this would require enlarging the original opening, cutting rafters, braces, and rebuilding the ladder opening framing, before installing the new ladder. I was surprised at the number of local home improvement companies that would not take on this project because this job was below the price point that they would take on. I did contact Tubal at Next Level Home Solutions and explained this project. He came to my home the next day to review the job and quoted an estimate 15% lower than two others. He started within a week. Tubal was polte, arrived on time, and explained many details on how he would complete the work. Tubal had the experience, knowledge, skills and equipment to complete this job on time. Working with Tubal and his crew was easy and convenient. The new ladder installation is secure and looks great. If you are looking for a reliable, skilled, and experienced home improvement craftsman where no job is too small, call Tubal at Next Level Home Improve, I know I will

Tubal Waite did an amazing job modifying the cabinet to install the new double ovens. He took extreme care in making sure everything fit correctly.
I highly recommend him for any job.

Good

Next Level Handyman did an outstanding job removing our cabinets, capping the plumbing, and preparing the space for our remodel. They were professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail from start to finish. If you're looking for a reliable handyman for cabinet removal, plumbing preparation, or home remodeling projects in Beavercreek, Ohio , I highly recommend Next Level Handyman!

Matthew and Emanuel installed a dishwasher for us through Best Buy and they did an amazing job. The previous contractors/separate company didn't come close to their superior professionalism, care for our property, and helpfulness asking any questions we had during the install. I'd recommend these two for any future work!!!

Tubal & Matthew did a great job installing the built in Oven/Microwave. Took their time and made sure it was done right.

I have done business with Best Buy for over 40 years. The absolute most personable service, solution oriented and professional driven experience they presented to me is when Next Level Home Solutions was commissioned to deliver and install my appliances (washer, dryer, oven, hood and dishwasher). From the timely appointment arrival, to the installation, to the finishing touches of demonstration Tubal and Matthew went so far above my expectations and requirements. My condo is 37 years old and I've lived here for 14 years. There are some inherent challenges just due to age of the building. Next Level's approach wasn't shrinking from the tasks at hand but to overcome each obstacle without trying to present me with additional charges. Their prime and focused determination was to leave me with an approval of their work. They definitely accomplished that. So much so, that I'm convinced that they will be given my next general contractor needs, without hesitation. Thank you ever so much Next Level Home Solutions for reinforcing my confidence in small businesses again.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL, AND QUALITY work! We did a tub to walk-in shower renovation for my elderly father. The renovation was completed quickly, approximately 6 days and the work site was always left clean. I HIGHLY recommend this service for your home improvements and plan to use this contractor again in the future!

We had a lot of very specific requests for our master bath remodel. Tubal was a great listener and provided great advice. Most of all his attention to detail was excellent. We plan to use him again soon.

Tubal and his crew do excellent work at a great price. Given this they are in demand and it may take time to get to your project, but you will be happy you waited. They replaced an attic ladder for me and the workmanship was great.
