I wanted to install a newer pull down garage attic ladder that is 3 inches wider than the standard ladders. To do this would require enlarging the original opening, cutting rafters, braces, and rebuilding the ladder opening framing, before installing the new ladder. I was surprised at the number of local home improvement companies that would not take on this project because this job was below the price point that they would take on. I did contact Tubal at Next Level Home Solutions and explained this project. He came to my home the next day to review the job and quoted an estimate 15% lower than two others. He started within a week. Tubal was polte, arrived on time, and explained many details on how he would complete the work. Tubal had the experience, knowledge, skills and equipment to complete this job on time. Working with Tubal and his crew was easy and convenient. The new ladder installation is secure and looks great. If you are looking for a reliable, skilled, and experienced home improvement craftsman where no job is too small, call Tubal at Next Level Home Improve, I know I will

Tubal Waite did an amazing job modifying the cabinet to install the new double ovens. He took extreme care in making sure everything fit correctly.
I highly recommend him for any job.
